www.ZonePeinture.fr (hereinafter referred to as “The site”) is published by the Company Zone Peinture SAS, whose head office is at 3 rue de Hartmannswiller 68500 Berrwiller, identified in the Colmar RCS under number 881 126 478, (hereinafter referred to as “The site”) “the Zone Peinture Company”). All orders placed on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale. The Zone Peinture Company reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these versions of the general conditions of sale applicable to all transactions being those appearing online on the site www.zonepeinture.fr at the time of the order.
I. The Customer
The Customer declares to be a natural person, aged at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the site. When recording the Customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data they provide. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the Zone Peinture Company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. The Zone Peinture Company reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
II. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the site. The Zone Peinture Company takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Customer's information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in the event of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the guarantee of conformity of the Company Zone Peinture which will proceed , where applicable, either for exchange or reimbursement of the price (in whole or in part) possibly invoiced.
III. The command
Taking an order on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure put in place by the Zone Peinture Company, which consists of a succession of different steps that the customer must follow to validate their order. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein. The Zone Peinture Company will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions hereof. In this case, the Zone Peinture Company will inform the Customer by email. If the customer fails to contact the Zone Peinture Company to correct elements that are erroneous or contrary to these general conditions of sale, the Zone Peinture Company reserves the right not to process the order. A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by the Zone Peinture Company. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by the Zone Peinture Company of the content of his order. In any case, invoices are given upon delivery.
IV. Prices and Payment Terms
1. Price determination
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated in the basket. The Zone Peinture Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
2. Payment terms
The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment for purchases is made by credit card or any other means offered.
For payment by credit card or Paypal, the Customer accesses a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this regard, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number constitutes authorization to debit his account for the products ordered.
3. The data recorded and kept by the Zone Peinture Company constitutes proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
V. Delivery and Return
Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer or to a relay point according to the customer's instructions or according to the delivery policies of the carrier chosen within 24 to 72 hours (on working days) in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica and remote areas which require additional time). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). The deadlines indicated are indicative deadlines, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. The Zone Peinture Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not due to its fault or in the event of force majeure. In the event of damaged or already opened packages, the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the Zone Peinture Company, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product.
If the package is returned to us because you did not collect it in time at a relay point, at a DPD agency or if the failure of home delivery is your responsibility, the order is canceled and refunded (excluding shipping costs). ). You will need to create a new order to have it redelivered.
Shipping your order
Your order is generally shipped within 12 to 48 hours and at the latest within 5 working days for in-stock and non-personalized products, and within 1 to 10 days for personalized and restocked products. (These shipping times are given for information only). The delivery costs requested from you only include a portion of the actual costs. The costs of preparation, packaging and part of the transport costs are covered by us. Your package is shipped at your own risk, of course special attention is paid to fragile objects such as paint and stain pots. The dimensions and strength of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected to avoid any breakage. An adhesive is also placed around the lid to prevent it from opening during transport. By breakage, we mean that the pot of paint or stain can no longer be used correctly (the lid no longer opens, the pot leaks or is completely smashed), even if the vast majority are intact, it sometimes happens that Dents or scratches are already present when they arrive from the factory, which does not affect the quality of the product in the jar.
Delivery to relay point
For deliveries to a Pick-up relay point, your package is kept at the relay point for 9 days (including closing days) and returned to us on the 10th day. If the package is returned to us, the order is canceled and refunded (excluding shipping costs). You will need to create a new order to have it redelivered.

In the event of a withdrawal or a non-compliant item, the Zone Peinture Company provides you with a simple procedure to allow you to return an item free of charge in the best conditions. The returned items are checked by our logistics department and if they meet the conformity criteria, unopened can of paint and stain and unused item, a refund or exchange file is recorded with our accounting.
However, certain products defined in article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal on the part of the Customer. This concerns “personalized” products which are machine-dyed to order and which are neither returned nor exchanged.
Only finished products, such as ready-to-use stains, untinted paints, tools and supplements can be returned.
(The shades and colors of the products being subject to inevitable variations benefit from customary tolerances. The samples or color charts have no contractual value).
VI. Right to retract
In accordance with the legislation governing mail order sales in force for online sales, you have the option of returning your order to us within 14 days of the delivery date with a full refund of the price of the item concerned. However, items that do not meet your expectations must be returned to us in new condition in their original packaging; the cans of paint or stain must not have been opened.
However, certain products defined in article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal on the part of the Customer. This concerns “personalized” products which are machine-dyed to order and which are neither returned nor exchanged.

VII. Refund
Les remboursements des produits dans les hypothèses visées à l’article II et VI seront effectués par la Société Zone Peinture dans un délai maximum de 30 jours après la réception et la vérification par elle desdits produits. Le remboursement s’effectuera suivant le même mode de règlement choisi par le client au moment de sa commande ou par la remise de bon d’achat.
VIII. Applicable right
Any order automatically entails the customer's acceptance of the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. IX. Computing and Freedom
