Shipping your order

Your order is generally shipped within 1 to 5 business days for in-stock and non-personalized products and within 1 to 10 days for personalized and restocked products. (These shipping times are given as an indication, the majority of orders are shipped within 12 hours to 48 hours!). The delivery costs requested from you only include a portion of the actual costs. The costs of preparation, packaging and part of the transport costs are covered by us. Particular attention is paid to fragile objects such as cans of paint and stain. The dimensions and strength of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected to avoid any breakage. An adhesive is also placed around the lid to prevent it from opening during transport. (By breakage, we mean that the pot of paint or stain can no longer be used correctly (the lid no longer opens, the pot leaks or is completely sunken), even if the vast majority are intact, it sometimes happens that bumps or scratches are already present when they arrive from the factory, which in no way affects the quality of the product inside the pot).

Delivery with DPD

Delivery to a Pick-up relay point or to your home with Prédict. Delivery 24 to 72 hours after your order has left.

Please note, for deliveries to a Pick-up relay point, your package is kept at the relay point for 9 days (including closing days) and returned to us on the 10th day.

If the package is returned to us because you did not collect it in time at a relay point, at a DPD agency or if the failure of home delivery is your responsibility, the order is canceled and refunded (excluding shipping costs). ). You will need to create a new order to have it redelivered.
